This may come as a surprise to some of you, but I am a virgin. A cleanse virgin. Yup! I know, pretty shocking! So many of my friends, in and out of the industry, have done a detox, cleanse, or fast so I have decided to re-start my body with a short and sweet cleanse by Dr. Oz. God, I love this man! Who doesn't, right? Anywhoo, what inspired me was my dear friend Kaitlin Stephens, Grounded Nutritionist. She is an incredible nutritionist and one hell of a champ. She did a 3 day juice cleanse! Now that is just a little bit too extreme for me, so I've decided to do a cleanse that Dr. Oz created that includes a little more substance like smoothies! Why did I decide to do this? Well, at the time I was hung-over, feeling like poop and still hadn't lost the 7 pounds I put on over the holiday season! Ugh! I'll tell you about the cleanse once I start it, but I just got really excited about it so I decided to share it with you! Please give me your feedback about your cleanse experiences!
