![]() The first day after my 3 day cleanse, I woke up and went on to my normal day. Made a cup of coffee, prepared some oatmeal and turned on Jerry Springer. However, the second I took a sip of that coffee it went through me faster than a chick going down a waterslide covered in baby oil! Oops! I guess no coffee for me for the next few days..... My cravings were gone. I didn't want my usual go tos: red wine, ice cream, chocolate, pasta, etc. I wanted healthy things like hot lemon water, salads, smoothies, fruit. It was BIZARRE! After a measly 3 days on this cleanse and I had been cured from all that was wrong in my diet?!?! Amazing! Dr. Oz, you're a hero! I even tried to have a glass of wine and I immediately got a tummy ache. I felt like such a loser because I pulled my server over and ordered a cup of hot lemon water....so not something I used to do! My second day after the cleanse I slept for almost 12 hours! And I woke up sick...again! Soar throat and a fever!?! My suggestions to anyone coming off of a cleanse is to do it slowly and steadily. Putting SOME of your old habits into the memory bank and bringing some of the healthier ones back into your usual routine. Best of luck to everyone who wants to pop their cleanse cherry too! It's worth it!

Jenny TecklenburgFeeling weak, anxious and unconnected to my body lead me to start exercising. I joined a dance class once a week and after every dance class I had a glow about me, and it wasn't just from the sweat that I built up in class, it was something more. I realized it was the endorphins that were being produced from the physical activity I was doing. That was 13 years ago. Since then I have devoted my career life to helping other humans, like yourself, kick butt in their health and fitness goals. If you're looking for a helping hand or not even knowing where you should start... I would be more than honoured to help! Archives
