Designed to promote fat loss, cardiovascular efficiency and increase strength, Boot Camps started gaining popularity around 2005 and have taken off in the Fitness Industry.
Fat Loss occurs when you:
a) Push yourself harder then you normally would (that’s where I come in).
b) Keep your heart rate high through interval training (intense explosive moves). Interval training basically just means you're switching from cardio to strength/resistance to cardio to strength/resistant training to cardio...you get it? This ensures your heart rate stays high & within your target area.
TeckFitness Boot Camps are 1 hour long and are set up in a circuit. Each class is different and are be sure to make you sweat and laugh. I truly believe Boot Camps can be one of the most entertaining exercise environments and I will try my hardest to leave you smiling.
I would recommend Boot Camps to exercisers that are competitive, looking to loose 10-25 pounds, tone & tighten and have been already exercising for at least 6 months.
Feeling weak, anxious and unconnected to my body lead me to start exercising.
