Where & When
My goal is to get you comfortable being active with and without a trainers help. We suggest the following environments.
Each session is approximately 45 - 90 minutes in length dependent on the clients goal.
Morning, afternoon or night. We work around both of your schedules and energy levels.
10 sessions for $1,100 + tax ($55/person/session) (45% savings compared to one-on-one)
**Does not include Introductory Health & Fitness consultation ($55 + tax each client)
Both clients must have similar fitness goals & current fitness levels.
