Classes are actually one of the best ways to get a workout. You're in a group environment, the instructor is telling you all the moves and you're having FUN! Well at least in TeckFitness Classes you will be.

Class Descriptions & Locations

The Works
Monday 9:30am-10:30am 
A one-hour class using all styles of cardio and resistance training in an interval fashion. A combination style class for everyone, beginner to advanced. Expect Cardio of all sorts, including step, hi-low, and drills. Guaranteed to be boredom-proof!

Forever Fit
Wed 11:00am-12:00pm

Remember when range of motion, flexibility and balance was easy? This workout will take you there again with exercises that enhance muscular endurance, functional strength and flexibility. A well rounded workout suitable for participants ages 60+, or anyone at an introductory or rehabilitation stage of fitness.
