Reach your goals 10 x faster with a customized effective exercise plan. Package includes an 8 week customized workout plan that will get you to your goals. Jenny will always recommend changing up your workout routine every 8 weeks to keep your body from hitting a plateau.
Follow-Up Workout Card + Session
Package includes 1 Session + 1 new Workout card. Once you get on track with your goals, you will need to
re-evaulate them and progress into another workout card. Stay on track with Jenny & book a session to re-evaluate your fitness levels and goals.
